What is the latest order time for a Next Day delivery service

We can accept orders online before 4pm for a next day delivery service for most products.

What are your postage and shipping charges

FREE standard delivery on all orders of £50.00 (exc. VAT) and above. 

For orders of £49.99 (exc. VAT) or less are charged at £2.50* (Heavy items over 5kg+ charged at £8.50)

These will be shipped on our economy parcel service or by Royal Mail 2nd class post (3-4 day service)*

Next day AM: £20.00*

Next day pre 10:30 AM: £30.00*

Next day pre 9:30 AM: £40.00*

Saturday AM: £36.50*

Scottish Highlands & Islands (2-3 day): £18.75 + VAT

UK – Northern Ireland (2-3 day) £18.75

UK – Channel Isles (2-3 day) £18.75

UK – Isle of Man (2-3 day) £18.75

UK – Scilly Isles (2-3 day) £18.75

We aim to ship all UK mainland orders placed by 4:00 pm Monday to Friday the same day. However if this is not possible due to reasons beyond our control we will aim to despatch the following day.


Worldwide Shipping

We can ship worldwide using DHL or UPS – delivery options and prices available during checkout process.

We aim to ship all worldwide orders placed by 12:00 noon Monday to Friday the same day.

Can you ship outside of the United Kingdom

Yes, we shall endeavour to ship to any valid address.

Which payment methods are accepted

We can accept Paypal and most credit cards.

Do I have to pay any taxes

If you are a resident of the United Kingdom or EU (as at 2016) you would be required to pay VAT on goods and any freight charges. Any purchases from outside the EU are exempt of VAT but any goods will be supplied on a DDU (Delivered, Duty Unpaid) basis, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duty.
