H 3148 220, ADAPTER SLEEVE - PREMIUM
Adapter Sleeve to fit into a tapered 220mm bore bringing it down to suit a 240mm shaft. Comes complete with KM 48 lock nut and MB 48 lock washer. Appropriate Hydraulic Nut is HMV 48 E but must be ordered separately.
